Does your life align with your values?
Do you ever find yourself looking around your life and saying, “This isn’t the life I want.” Maybe it’s just a season, or maybe it’s been a series of choices that slowly took you away from what you want your life to be.
When our lives don’t line up with the idea we have of what they “should” look like, or what we wish they would, we can struggle. Sometimes this means making hard choices, and other times it means reassessing our expectations.
But other times it’s a journey of changing our lives into what we want them to be.
Either way, I’m here to listen, ask questions, and help you sort out what you need to be at peace with your life.
FAQ
Considering therapy often comes with a lot of questions, and that’s completely normal. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen and understood. While my approach is rooted in Christian faith, I stay curious about each client’s unique beliefs and practices. Whether you share my faith or not, I will respect and support you as you explore your values, experiences, and goals for healing and growth.

This often shows up as how you feel day to day. When your life reflects your values, you’re more likely to experience peace, satisfaction, and healthier relationships. When it doesn’t, you might feel anxious, restless, or disconnected from yourself. Therapy provides a safe space to slow down, identify what matters most, and explore the barriers that may be keeping you from living in alignment.
You’ll usually feel a sense of peace and direction when your daily choices reflect what matters most to you. Signs of alignment include:
Feeling energized rather than drained by your commitments
Experiencing clarity when making decisions
Noticing that your time, money, and relationships reflect your priorities
When life is out of alignment, you may feel stuck, restless, or like you’re going through the motions without purpose. Therapy helps you pause, identify where things feel “off,” and take small, meaningful steps toward living more fully in line with your faith and values. when the frustration feels overwhelming, know that there is someone who can help you navigate what to do next, and help you make progress toward living the life you want.

That’s completely normal! Many people come to counseling unsure of what their core values really are — especially if they’ve been focused on meeting others’ expectations. Part of the Life Alignment process is creating space to explore:
What truly matters to you (not just what you “should” care about)
The themes of your life story and faith journey
The qualities you most want to embody in your work, family, and spiritual life
Through guided reflection and practical exercises, you’ll gain clarity on your values and learn how to use them as a compass for making decisions and setting goals.

In therapy, we can explore these tensions gently and without judgment. Many people feel torn between responsibilities — like wanting to succeed at work while also longing for more rest and connection at home. Together, we’ll uncover what’s driving those conflicts and create space for you to make intentional, grace-filled choices.

Not necessarily. My approach is informed by Christian faith and Scripture, but I meet every client where they are. If the Christian faith is central to your life, we can integrate prayer, Scripture, and biblical wisdom into your sessions. If not, the focus remains on evidence-based therapy practices and your unique goals. I also stay curious about your religious beliefs and practices and will support you in exploring them—whatever they may be—because your spiritual journey is an important part of who you are.
